EXCHANGING an order for any reason-
All you need to do is purchase the $25.00 return label-
 It will be emailed to your email, print it then tape it to a small bubbler mailer 
(you can use the one the piece came in too! just tape over the original label!)
 put the piece inside the jewelry box / inside the mailer and depending on which mail service either give to your local mailman or drop off at specific mail service location! Once the piece is received a new one will be shipped out to you. WE WILL SHIP THE EXCHANGE PIECE TO THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS THE ORIGINAL ORDER WENT TO UNLESS SPECIFIED
 
 
RETURNING for a FULL REFUND** -
